What is Full Year?
Full Year Cheer Stars teams are a full season commitment. Full Year teams can be in a novice, prep OR elite division.These teams compete 8-9 times, and travel for an end of season event!

What is Reduced Season Prep?
Douglasville Cheer Stars Prep is a reduced competitive season. Prep teams compete at 4 local competitions with the chance to recieve a bid to an end of season event. These teams are perfect for athletes with tumbling experience, but aren't quite ready for a full year all star team. Information comes out in August, and tryouts are in September.

What is Novice?
We have TWO different Quarter Season options.
Quarter Season Novice: These teams practice on Saturday mornings for a short 5 month season. Novice teams compete for a score and NOT against other teams. We have a team for Tiny, Mini, and Youth age athletes. These teams do not have a tryout. Just sign up! Info/Sign Up time is in October. Practices start in November.
Quarter Season Senior: This team practices two weeknights for a short 5 month season. This team will compete in a Senior level 2 or 3 division. Tryouts will be in November.

Who is your staff?
Cheer Stars coaches are certified through USASF and safe awarness certified through AACCA. Each Cheer Stars team will have at least two coaches. If you are interested in seeing our current staff, check out our "Staff" page under "About Us".

Do you offer tumbling classes?
Douglasville Cheer Stars is located inside Douglasville Gymnastics and Cheerleading. We offer recreational Gymnastics, Tumbling, and Cheerleading classes. You can head to douglasvillegymnastics.com or the "Parent Portal" button in the top right corner to see those offerings.
